It all depends what services you require! Our fees including booking services and full guest management for example start at just 10% of your booking income with no upfront fees when you already have your own cleaning and maintenance services in place. Our maximum fee is 18% for full services giving you a great value, completely hands-off service. (Please note we do charge an extra set fee for one off things such as license applications).​
Listing a property with Let Us Host is hassle-free. Begin by getting in touch and we will meet you at your property to explore all the options and to discover the one that meets your requirements. If we are happy that the property is well maintained and would suit our guests, and you are happy with us, we can then assist you with all the necessary steps and documentation until your house is ready to let. Depending on what package you have chosen, all you need to do then is relax and watch the money come in!​
